What I really like about the Instant Pot IP-DU060 pressure cooker is how convenient it was to simply put in my rice and some water (you got to be careful with how much water or else the rice will be sticky) and then press some buttons and walk away, without worrying about my rice burning as it did when I cooked in my regular pot. Dunked them in an ice bath for a few minutes to cool them down so they could be handled easily. The interior pot is stainless and there is nothing about it that can leech into your food which is a concern to many nowadays. No matter which function you are using, the cook time and pressure is very easy to adjust even during cooking. I bought one both as a replacement for my DUO50 5 quart model (while keeping our DUO60 in the RV) and because I wanted the Sous Vide capability, in addition to the other smart modes that I typically use. It might be nice if they included more familiar foods such as a basic chili, chicken soup, barbecue ribs and maybe a pasta dish. The functionality and the easy cleanup has sold me.
