I honestly cannot say enough good things about this Instant Pot because it is so versatile. Instant Pot is carefully designed to eliminate many common errors that may cause harm or spoil food. My recipe said to wait 5 MINUTES for a brief cool down. The pot comes with a plastic rice paddle, plastic ladle, wire rack with handles, measuring cup, user manual, recipe book and quick reference guide. Instant pot does a number of different functions. Set it to steam for 4 minutes then let the pot naturally release pressure. I didnt find the recipes provided in the book to be helpful. It traps all the aroma in the food without heating up the kitchen.
