I didnt find the recipes provided in the book to be helpful. If you can push a button, you can use the Instant Pot and your family will think you've hired a chef. BUT I'm thinking, next time, I might just use a turkey baster to remove some of the apple juice, pour in my BBQ sauce and heat in SAUTE mode. Followed hints for time and for venting from the recipe book.
