I own a DUO60 6 quart (and a DUO50 5 quart, which has been replaced with an Instant Pot ULTRA, below), and it’s been a workhorse in our kitchen and our RV when we travel. I have not used all the functions yet, just the sauteing and slow cooking but I look forward to experimenting with all of them and adapting my other recipes to this. Instant Pot generates almost no noise and leaks no steam. Remove all packaging materials and removable warning cards from the cooker and accessories.
