What I really like about the Instant Pot IP-DU060 pressure cooker is how convenient it was to simply put in my rice and some water (you got to be careful with how much water or else the rice will be sticky) and then press some buttons and walk away, without worrying about my rice burning as it did when I cooked in my regular pot. The interior pot is stainless and there is nothing about it that can leech into your food which is a concern to many nowadays. I didnt find the recipes provided in the book to be helpful.
