Shipment was fast and packaging was great, came in a nice manufacturers box within a thick cardboard box. The settings are Keep Warm, Slow Cook, Sauté, Manual (pressure cooking), Rice, Yogurt, Bean/Chili, Poultry, Meat/Stew, Multigrain, Porridge, Soup/Broth, and Steam. And surprisingly, though the bowl is stainless steel, the rice didn’t stick to it at all.

That being said, that would be my only criticism is storing it between uses. The Duo Plus includes 3 new programs, Cake, Egg, and Sterilize. Then it steamed for 2 minutes and then turned down to Keep Warm automatically. Basically, you put your food in the stainless steel pot, close the lid, close the vent (if pressure cooking) and push the button that is already time preset. It might be nice if they included more familiar foods such as a basic chili, chicken soup, barbecue ribs and maybe a pasta dish. The lid to the cooker makes a little chime when you put on and turn the lid.
