My first use with the Instant Pot (see my video) was pressure cooking small dry white beans. Cake and Egg settings prepare moist cakes and perfect eggs. I’m really excited to try all the dessert recipes available. Electrical current and temperature fuse cuts off power if the current or internal temperature exceeds safety limits. This is where I felt the Instant Pot would shine but after a couple weeks of use I realize that there is so much more to it.
