Just think, no hot and heavy pot in the kitchen sink for a cold water bath! The interior pot is stainless and there is nothing about it that can leech into your food which is a concern to many nowadays. I’d recommend getting a DUO60 or an ULTRA and put the extra money into some accessories. This is where I felt the Instant Pot would shine but after a couple weeks of use I realize that there is so much more to it.
