The Instant Pot IP-DUO60 stainless steel 6-quart cooker is so much more than a pressure cooker. It only took the Instant Pot 8 minutes to pressurize this time with 2 cups of rice and 3 cups of water in it. I’ve always had to brown meats in another pot when using a crock pot or slow cooker. The steam release handle does not lock tight into the lid but will fit loosely.
